Deliveries and returns

The Appoline company delivers exclusively to France.

We prepare and deliver the items to the carriers within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirmation of the order.

Carrier delivery times:

- Mondial Relay relay point - 3 to 6 days

- Colissimo home delivery - 2 days

As soon as the order is shipped, an email will be sent containing the tracking number allowing you to follow the status of the delivery.

Delivery is free in mainland France from 250€ of purchase excluding bulky products (total amount of the basket excluding delivery costs).

Below this amount, delivery costs are established according to the weight and volume of the items based on the current rates of the post office and our carriers. The method, time and cost of transport will be specified at the time of the order, depending on the place of delivery, the nature of the products ordered and the transport service chosen by the customer.

The costs and deadlines are indicated to the Customer before the final validation of his order.

Return and exchange:

You have fourteen days to return your products to us and have your order refunded (excluding delivery costs). The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Reimbursement will be made according to the initial payment method.

Return costs and risks associated with returning a product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Any exchange or return must be the subject of an exchange or return request from the “contact form” section of the site www.maisonappoline.com. 

The Customer must indicate their wish to return their product by specifying the order number. As part of a quality approach, the Customer is invited to specify the reason for their return.

After validation by the Appoline company, the return process will be communicated to the Customer.
